Our Implementation team will follow the project methodology outline below to accomplish the outcomes desired.  We have found this methodology and approach to yield the best results by focusing on your needs, environment and culture to design processes that are best in class, configure and build the solution to the design specifications, perform user acceptance testing and finally conduct training on these processes and structure.  We execute all of this through our Project Governance and Project Management methodology (described further below).  The approach and success of the project is predicated on working in complete collaboration with you.  The overall objective of our approach is to implement processes which drive efficiency and results with adoption and utilization of the solution occurring rapidly.

BIMM

 

An integral part to any implementation is change management and we will collaborate with you to create an "Organizational Change Management" plan.  Onboarding Services will be provided using the BDA Implementation & Migration Methodology (BIMM), which includes four (4) phases: Envision, Construct, Validate and Transition.
